Nice place but lots of renovation needs to be done. Positive: The house had a nice big backyard, which was pleasant and felt really homey house had a nice big backyard, which was pleasant and homey. A nice big patio that had a big shady covered area. The whole house was really liveable with dogs by having no carpeted room. Negative: The house had a lot of things wrong with it. The blinds in the living room were barely hanging up, the living room TV would loose service part of the shower curtain rod in the master bathroom would fall down a lot, and the washer got continuely out-of-balance with not even a big load trying to be washed and the shed door was loose already and fell completely down when grandkids kicked a ball into it. Even though we told management about these issues they took the longest time, if any, to schedule a time with us to fix it. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced as weill.
